DELIVERY KOULEUR

Kouleur is an one women fashion brand were every item is handcrefted by Saar, we start producing as soon as an order is placed and confirmed.

Therefore, your items will be shipped after approximately 3 weeks, 14 working days (working days are monday through friday). Counting from the date that your order has been confirmed.

DELIVERY STUDIO.KOULEUR

Because the items from Studio.Kouleur have already been made. These items can be shipped faster. An ordered item from studio kouleur will be shipped within 2-3 working days.

We always strive to deliver your ordered items within the time. However, delivery times are sometimes longer due to unexpected events, such as delays in the post. Shipping times may also be longer during high sales volumes, such as holidays.

For the time being, we only deliver within the Netherlands.

Once you are at the check out, the shipping costs will be calculated. Shipping costs are at your own expense. All parcels within the Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL

REFUND/RETURN

Kouleur will gladly accept returns and refund your item(s). Kouleur want’s all customers to be happy with their purchase. If this is not the case, we would like to get in touch to see what we can do better!

You have the right to return products within 14 days after receiving your order. Shipments costs are for your own expense promptly.

Important to note is that the item is returned in the same state as it was deliverd. This meaning that the product must be unworn, unwashed, unused and repacked in it’s original packaging. 

Kouleur doesn’t accept items that don’t have the original tag, have been worn, altered or washed.

Once we receive the package and your return has been approved, we will release the money back into your account within 14 days of receiving your return. Note that we wait until we have received the products back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the item(s).We will refund the money you paid for the products that have been canceled, using the same method you used to pay. This does not include the initial shipping costs paid.

HOW TO RETURN?

1. send an e-mail to info.kouleur@gmail.com, within 14 days after recieving your order. State the reason of your return. (Responstime approximately 2-3 working days)

2. We will send you your retourlabel so you can sent it back.

3. The costs of the return will be deducted from the refund

Wondering what is going to happen with the items after you have returned it? After we have checked your product and it is still as new, we will sell it to a new, hopefully happy, customer :)
